With more than 13 years' experience, Lauren Dalton-Mitrovic's executive coaching and human resources consultancy supports high-growth, disruptive startup businesses in the fashion, media and beauty industries.

Lauren works closely with CEOs and their leadership teams, providing direction, strategy and advice. Current and past consultancy clients include The Business of Fashion, Carolina Santo Domingo and Omorovicza skincare. She was the first ever HR hire at Charlotte Tilbury and was Head of HR for North America at Reiss. Her experience also includes work with Belstaff, LVMH-owned Thomas Pink, Bergdorf Goodman, GAP and Bloomberg.

Her exceptional level of enthusiasm, dedication and perspective, combined with unrivalled experience within the creative industries, has made her a trusted advisor to startup founders and established CEOs alike. 

Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Kutztown University, and a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching in London, United Kingdom.
